Ballet Basics

A fantastic full body workout, ballet isn’t just beautiful, it’s an incredible way to improve your posture, coordination and balance.

The course

This course makes it easy to learn basic movements without leaping into a studio. The course begins with a guided warm up, and finishes with a cool down that you can use each time you dip into the material. No special equipment is required, so don’t worry if you haven’t got all the ballet paraphernalia. All you’ll need is a chair and comfortable, moveable clothes, and some soft socks on your feet!
