Yoga: Energy & Focus

Discover new ways to stimulate your energy through dynamic, accessible sequences designed to unravel tension.

The course

Designed to boost natural energy, build strength and support focus, this type of yoga is formed through standing, seating or low-ground poses. Less about flexibility, this practice will unite the body and breath, regulate your nervous system and aid well-being. You will be guided by our instructor to explore your comfort and fully embody a pose. There’s no experience or special equipment required, and you’ll be able to build the warming sequences at your own pace.

Ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga yoga is often referred to as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga, focusing on energetic movements intertwined with breathing techniques. While the original document dictating the Ashtanga practice was eaten by ants, the sequences live on and are practised worldwide.

Hannah Rayya

After experiencing work-related burnout, Hannah became curious around crafting a lifestyle to support both her emotional and physical well-being. Travelling to Nepal and India, she trained as a yoga teacher, leaving with the belief that a fulfilling, expansive and soothing yoga practice is accessible for every body.

“Yoga is possible for anybody who really wants it, Yoga is universal””
