About the course
This course will teach you the fundamentals of contemporary dance, with an emphasis on technique. With easy-to-navigate chapters, you’ll build the routine step-by-step, at your own pace. The umbrella of contemporary dance spreads wide, so there’s the opportunity to make this course uniquely yours.
With a guided warm up and cool down, you’ll look after your body and incorporate this into your routine, with both stationary and travelling sequences.

No special equipment is required. All you need are comfortable clothes and socks (or bare feet).
