About the course
Ashtanga yoga is often referred to as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga, focusing on energetic movements intertwined with breathing techniques. While the original document dictating the Ashtanga practice was eaten by ants, the sequences live on and are practiced worldwide.
Designed to boost natural energy, build strength and support focus, this type of yoga is formed through standing, seating or low-ground poses. Less about flexibility, this practice will unite the body and breath, regulate your nervous system and aid well-being.
