The course

Rather than another self-care checklist, calm yoga is an invitation to simply “be”. Through the course you will create a nurturing, sanctuary mood, both in your mind and physical space. Emphasising stillness and allowing your body the space to relax, you will begin a guided journey through focus, replenishment and well-being.

Yin yoga

Yin yoga sequences, like those you’ll work through in our course, focus on the ligament tissue, joints and deep fascia networks of the body, which unblocks the flow of nutrients and energy in the body.
