Yoga: De-Stress & Calm
Give yourself permission to create space in your day for rest, relaxation and the cultivation of peace.
Rather than another self-care checklist, calm yoga is an invitation to simply “be”. Through the course you will create a nurturing, sanctuary mood, both in your mind and physical space. Emphasising stillness and allowing your body the space to relax, you will begin a guided journey through focus, replenishment and well-being.
Yin yoga sequences, like those you’ll work through in our course, focus on the ligament tissue, joints and deep fascia networks of the body, which unblocks the flow of nutrients and energy in the body.

After experiencing work-related burnout, Hannah became curious around crafting a lifestyle to support both her emotional and physical well-being. Travelling to Nepal and India, she trained as a yoga teacher, leaving with the belief that a fulfilling, expansive and soothing yoga practice is accessible for every body.
“Consider your will and your body as two dancers, moving in total unison. Yoga is a dance, not a wrestling match.”
