About the course
Originating in Italy, ballet is the epitome of elegance when it comes to dance. However, it is surprisingly easy to learn basic movements without leaping into a studio. The course begins with a guided warm up, and finishes with a cool down that you can use each time you dip into the material.
No special equipment is required, so don’t worry if you haven’t got all the ballet paraphernalia. All you’ll need is a chair and comfortable, moveable clothes, and some soft socks on your feet!
